Our Commitment
Every piece of jewelry from Lirys Diamonds is built to be worn and loved for a lifetime. To back that up, every purchase includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the items below at no cost to you.

1. What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the setting or metal
  • Normal wear and tear during the first year of ownership
  • Free replacement of fallen-out stones smaller than 10 points (0.10 carats), at no cost to you

2. What's Not Covered

  • Stones 10 points (0.10 carats) or larger that fall out
  • Damage caused by accidents, loss, theft, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear after the first year has passed
  • Repairs or alterations made by a third-party (non-Lirys Diamonds) jeweler

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If something feels off with your piece — a loose stone, a defect, visible wear — stop wearing it and contact us right away. Bring your piece into our Tampa store, or reach out to schedule an inspection.

4. What to Expect
Once we've inspected your piece, we'll confirm whether it's covered under warranty. Covered repairs or stone replacements are completed at no cost to you. If your claim falls outside the warranty terms above, we'll walk you through your options, including paid repair if you'd like to move forward.

5. Resizing
Your initial ring sizing is included at no charge. Resizing requested after that point is available for a fee — contact us for details. Please note that resizing may affect warranty coverage on certain custom or delicate settings; ask us if you're unsure before requesting a resize.

6. A Few Notes to Keep Your Piece Covered

  • Keep your certification and appraisal documents in a safe place — you may be asked for them when filing a claim
  • Bring your piece in for periodic inspection, especially if you notice a stone feels loose
  • Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing
