What's covered:

• Manufacturing defects in the setting or metal
• Free replacement of fallen-out stones smaller than 10 points (0.10 carats), at no cost to you
• Normal wear and tear during the first year

What's not covered:

• Stones 10 points (0.10 carats) or larger that fall out
• Damage caused by accidents, loss, theft, or improper care
• Repairs or alterations made by a third party (non-Lirys) jeweler
• Normal wear and tear after the first year
• Resizing after intial purchase size

Yes. We understand that details matter when it comes to your jewelry. You can request changes to your order at any time up until your ring or piece is completely finished. Once the item has been fully completed, we're no longer able to make changes.

Shipping time depends on the type of order:

Made-to-order pieces: Estimated 3–4 weeks to complete before shipping
Ready-to-ship pieces: Ship within an estimated 2 business days

If your order appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we'll investigate the issue. We'll work directly with the carrier to check the shipment's status and verify whether the package was lost or stolen.

For packages valued over $3,000, we require a police report to be filed before proceeding. Once the investigation is complete, you'll have the choice of either a full refund or a remake of your item.
